- ¼ Cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ¾ Cup olive oil
Whisk together vinegar, mustard, sugar & salt in a medium bowl. Continue to whisk, & add the oil in a thin stream until blended. Add the pepper.
