au Gratin Potatoes

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 3 cups grated sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Bake in a 13×9 pan @ 325’ for 1 ½ hours.
